Omar Farooq
Omar is a highly experienced Senior Web Developer with 20 years of experience, specializing in Drupal and Magento. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from American International University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Throughout his career, Omar has worked with leading organizations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, construction, eCommerce, and FMCG. He has also worked on various projects with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Since January 2022, he has been working as a Drupal Developer for the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
At IOM, Omar is responsible for analyzing requirements and implementing strategies for the development and structure of the organization's website. He collaborates with the IOM Migration Network Hub team, based at IOM's Global Migration Data Analysis Center based in Berlin, and the Network Secretariat in Geneva.
