I am working as chief of the International Cooperation Department at the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan since March 2020.
Before my present position, I was acting chief of the same department for more than a year and have a 10-year of work experience in the international relations field at the State Migration Service. Before joining State Migration Service I worked at the Philosophy and Political-Legal Research Institute (at present Institute of Philosophy and Sociology) of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Regional Studies from Baku State University and also completed a diploma programme on migration management at the Maastricht School of Governance.
