Tatiana Eremenko is a demographer and holds degrees from the University of Strasbourg (MSc) and the University of Bordeaux (PhD). Her main line of research is on children and youth in migration, with a focus on how their experiences are shaped by policies in destination countries. She has organized sessions dedicated to these issues (IFMS, 2018; IMISCOE, 2019) and participates in the design of surveys on children and/or migrants (French Longitudinal Study since Childhood, Elfe; Survey of Newly Arrived Immigrants in France, Elipa). Her work combines multiple data sources (census, surveys, administrative data), as well as alternative data sources allowing the study of hard-to-count migrant groups (posted workers, university graduates).
