So Young Chang works as Data and Knowledge Officer at IOM’s Global Migration Data Analysis Centre in Berlin. Her primary responsibility is supporting the Migration Connection Hub as part of the capacity-building mechanism of the Global Compact for Migration.
So Young holds a Master’s of Development Studies from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Sociology on the topic of policies regarding domestic worker migration.
