Saeede Mokhtarzade has studied Law and Islamic Jurisprudence at Kharazmi University, International Law in IAU in Tehran, Iran. Her research focus is on Human Rights, Migration Law, Climate Change and Gender-sensitive study.
Moreover, she is an expert on Afghan forced migration in Iran and the region by profession. She has more than six years of working experience in educational legal institutions and NGOs working in the field of Refugee Law and Advocacy. Further, she was a volunteer teacher for Afghan refugee students and teachers in Iran. Writing frequently to the Iranian newspapers including 'Etemad' and 'Shargh' on multiple international legal topics is one of her recent activities regarding advocacy and raising public awareness.
