Dr. Gbenga Shadare holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He is also an alumnus of Nottingham, Ibadan, and Lagos Universities. For over two decades, Gbenga worked as a banker/financial analyst/telecommunications analyst and successfully launched three successful businesses in Nigeria (Investment Alliance Ltd; The Watermark WA Ltd; and The Anti-Fraud Foundation). An alumnus of the Lagos Business School/Pan Atlantic University (OMP 3), Dr. Gbenga Shadare has worked in international development across several African and Asian countries where his expertise revolved around implementation of social protection/social investment systems and programmes.
