Bubacarr is a young humanitarian and have volunteered for The Gambia Red Cross Society. A major in Development Study at the University of The Gambia (UTG). He holds a Certificate of Advance Study in Pedagogical
Approaches to Education in Humanitarian Principles and Values from the University of Teacher Education (PH Zug) in Switzerland, a Diploma in Youth Development Work from the (UTG).
Bubacarr is currently working as the EUTF Migration Project Coordinator, and the National Migration Focal Point for The Gambia Red Cross Society. He previously worked as a Regional Youth Programme Officer for the Migration Information Centre jointly established by IOM Gambia and The Gambia National Youth Council.
