Alina Menocal Peters
Alina currently works on data innovation at the Data Science and Analytics Unit and is also part of the Missing Migrants Project. She holds a master's degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin and a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Costa Rica.
Prior to joining GMDAC, Alina collaborated as a political advisor of the Minister of Presidency and the Minister of National Planning and Economic Policy in Costa Rica. Besides, she was a member of the National Council of Migration of Costa Rica and worked as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Costa Rica.
