Oumarou Hebie is an Monitoring and Evaluation expert holding a Master’s in Public Economics and Applied Statistics from the African School of Economics. He has 8 years of experience in setting up quality results-oriented data collection, analysis, dissemination and learning system in development organization, programs and projects. His focus includes quantitative methods for causal inference using experimental and quasi-experimental methods to capture for impact of development interventions. At GMDAC, Oumarou is working as Impact Evaluation Officer based in IOM’s Regional Office for West and Central Africa in Dakar, Senegal. Before joining IOM, Oumarou was the regional Health and Education Assessment Coordinator for SOS Children’s Villages International’s West and Central Africa.
