Marie-Luce is an Impact Evaluation Officer at IOM’s Global Migration Data Analysis Center. She focuses primarily on evaluations of IOM projects and programmes, using experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluation methods.

She has extensive experience in empirical research in social sciences with a strong academic background in development economics. She has worked as research assistant and project manager in several countries in Asia and Africa (Vietnam, Thailand, and India, Gabon, Cameroun, Congo, Burundi) where apart from conducting households’ surveys in rural settings she was in charge of data management and data analysis. She worked as an external lecturer for various research centers and universities in Paris, France as a PhD candidate.

Marie-Luce holds a MA in Development Economics from the Sciences Po Paris, France and a PhD in Economics from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, France.
