Eric is an Impact Evaluation Officer at GMDAC and is based at IOM’s Regional Office for West and Central Africa in Dakar, Senegal. Before joining IOM, Eric worked as M&E officer at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA-Benin) and as research analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI-Dakar) where he was mainly involved in Impact Evaluation and Process Evaluation of programs and projects in West Africa.
Eric holds a MSc in Agricultural Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), Belgium and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kiel (CAU-Kiel), Germany.
