Frank Laczko (PhD), has over 20 years of experience working in the field of international migration. His previous posts with IOM were in Budapest, Vienna and Geneva. He has also acted as a consultant for UNHCR, ILO and OECD. He is currently the Co-Chair of the UN Expert Group on Migration Statistics and Co-Editor of Migration Policy Practice. He has published reports on a wide range of migration issues including migration and development, labour migration, irregular migration, migration and the environment and migration governance.

Andrea Milan is the Data Manager for the Migration Governance Indicators project at IOM´s Global Migration Data Analysis Center. Prior to joining GMDAC, Andrea has worked in the field of international migration for a number of UN entities: the UN University (UNU-EHS), UN Women, the Office of the UN Special Representative (SRSG) for International Migration, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
Andrea's areas of expertise include migration governance, migration data, migration and development, gender and migration as well as migration, environment and climate change. He has published extensively on migration-related issues.
Andrea Milan holds a PhD in Governance and Policy Analysis from UNU-Merit and the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (the Netherlands) as well as an MS in Economics from the University of Ferrara (Italy). During his studies, he was a scholarship-awarded exchange student at the University of Birmingham (UK) and Middlebury College (US), and a visiting scientist at Sussex University (UK).

Blick supports the review, editing and presentation of information and data on migration governance. Before joining GMDAC, Blick worked as a Migration Health Policy and Partnership intern with the Migration Health Division in Geneva and with IOM Tanzania, first as a Migration Data and Health Consultant and later on as a Displacement Tracking Matrix Coordinator. Tatiana Eremenko is a demographer and holds degrees from the University of Strasbourg (MSc) and the University of Bordeaux (PhD). Her main line of research is on children and youth in migration, with a focus on how their experiences are shaped by policies in destination countries. Maarten Vink is Chair in Citizenship Studies and Director of the Global Citizenship research area within the Global Governance Programme at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute. He is also Co-Director of the Global Citizenship Observatory (GLOBALCIT).
Vink currently leads the research project “Migrant Life Course and Legal Status Transition (MiLifeStatus)” funded by a Consolidator Grant of the European Research Council (2016-2021). Irene Schöfberger is a Data and Research Officer at IOM’s Global Migration Data Analysis Centre in Berlin. Prior to joining IOM, she has been working in research, policy advice and capacity building in several countries, including Senegal, Chile, Germany, France and Belgium. She has conducted research on EU-Africa migration and development policies, on transnational livelihoods and on translocal vulnerability at the German Development Institute (DIE) and at the University of Freiburg. She has also worked for the International Science Council, the European Parliament, the International Centre for Migration Policy Development and different non-governmental organizations. She holds a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Freiburg, as well as a M.A. in Cultural Anthropology and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Bologna.
