Felix Ndashimye


Felix is an Impact Evaluation Officer at IOM’s Global Migration Data Analysis Centre, based in IOM’s Regional Office for West Africa in Dakar, Senegal. He holds a MA and PhD in public affairs, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining GMDAC he spent one year at Vanderbilt University as a postdoctoral researcher. He has extensive experience conducting quantitative research and publishing in academic journals. He also has experience managing field work related to impact evaluation projects, having worked for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Rwanda.
